Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Onexbet ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the onexbet platform, including the website at https://onexbet.casa, all associated mobile-optimised pages, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including players based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with onexbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Onexbet strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino and betting activities in accordance with international licensing standards.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of onexbet, or a family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities through onexbet or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.

Onexbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including a copy of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Registration & Account Management

Each Player may register only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Onexbet will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed authorised by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for all such activity.

You must notify onexbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation. Onexbet reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon receiving such notice pending investigation.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Onexbet accepts deposits from Malaysian players via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable minimums:

• Bank Transfer (FPX): Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank — minimum deposit RM50 per transaction.
• DuitNow: Instant bank-to-bank transfers — minimum deposit RM50 per transaction.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM30 per transaction.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) — minimum equivalent of MYR 30 per transaction.

All deposits must be made in your own name and from payment methods registered in your name. Onexbet does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made using funds obtained unlawfully or through fraudulent means will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation. Onexbet reserves the right to delay crediting a deposit pending verification of payment authenticity. Onexbet is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for fiat methods and the equivalent of MYR 50 for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
3. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("same-source rule") unless otherwise agreed in writing by onexbet.
4. Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled in full before real-money withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
5. Onexbet targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
6. Onexbet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or deny a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

Onexbet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers in qualifying games at the stated contribution rates before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Onexbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds do not accrue interest and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets placed are final and binding once confirmed. Onexbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted by applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a bet, game round, or live event, Onexbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Onexbet reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds or prices. A bet placed on an obviously erroneous price (e.g., odds substantially inconsistent with the true market) may be voided or settled at the correct price.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and esports. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at Onexbet's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stakes exceeding the applicable limit will be partially accepted up to the maximum.
• Winnings on winning bets will be credited to the Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event, as determined by official results from the governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask your true location.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing onexbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Onexbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions above.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player with their payment provider.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the Player under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring onexbet to restrict access to the Platform for specific users or jurisdictions.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., not involving breach of Terms or fraud), onexbet will return the remaining real-money balance to the Player via a mutually agreed payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onexbet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, account information, or funds resulting from unauthorised account access.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Onexbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of Onexbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Onexbet.

Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which onexbet holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact onexbet's customer support team to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Onexbet aims to resolve all Player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
